What is PracticeAssure(TM)? PracticeAssure (TM) is a business office system which readies solo practitioner attorneys for transfer or sale of their law practice.

It creates the necessary practice specific schedules for case valuation and appraisals for sale.
It implements the selection of a practice administrator by the attorney from a list provided by the attorney, authorized by California law in the event of incapacity or death of the attorney. This is not the same as an executor or trustee.
It creates automated consents to transfer and all other communication documents necessary for the transfer of the practice.
It provides a list of asset protection tasks and tools for the retiring attorney.
It helps the selling attorney create Law Products and E-Product guidance to create cash flow to the retiring attorney upon close of the sale.
It creates a step-by-step succession plan and all documents necessary to implement the succession over a one year period.
It enables the selling attorney to create value in the practice where value would be lost upon retirement.
It provides guidance as to structure of sale and financing arrangements available in transfers of law practices.
