Success is a relative term. It isn't about what you have, it's about how you see the world.
If you have had occasion to investigate this topic, you will find some common threads:
1. If you don't know how to define success, you can't get there. To succeed, you must identify the end result. I have succeeded when I ...[finish the sentence].
2. The only way to succeed is to never give up. In other words, just the mere fact of knowing you won't give up, helps you get through the most difficult moments of your life.
3. Having the ability to change course midway is a key to success. In the face of adversity, learning to change course in life is the most desirable characteristic you need to have in order to succeed. Many like Donald Trump have failed and gotten up and done it again, and differently.
4. Success is also about being happy with what you have, or sometimes what you don't have. When all is said and done, for any human to survive, one needs 2-3 meals a day. I learned this from Ron, a truly blessed transient man who stands near the court house and helps others with their boxes and filings. He once asked me to deliver a container of dried milk to the church on his behalf. It took me all day to figure out why he was doing this! I found that he was feeling blessed by what he had. There is no better feeling that the feeling of generosity. It changed how I look at life now.
5. Success is about being active. You must go out there, meet and greet people and connect to success.
6. If you get to success and don't share it, it won't grow. If you have a skill in your business which has worked for you and you share it, it grows. Abundance creates abundance. Learning that the world is an abundant place is priceless.

Success is being able to do God's will and His will is His word. We are blessed to be called to share in the voice of God's Word because, Jesus Is the Christ, the Son of the living God. There is reason to understand the Compassion of God Our Father.
